關于征集養(yǎng)老服務領域違法問題線索的通告
為深入開展群眾身邊不正之風和腐敗問題集中整治工作，強化正風反腐、清廉監(jiān)管，常態(tài)長效化抓好養(yǎng)老服務領域突出問題專項整治，保障老年人及家屬的合法權益。玉林市場監(jiān)督管理局現(xiàn)面向社會公開征集養(yǎng)老服務領域違法線索。具體事項通告如下：
一、征集時間
即日起至2025年12月31日 。
二、征集范圍
涉及老年人藥品、保健品虛假宣傳，特別是假借健康講座、免費體驗、贈送禮品等形式進行虛假或誤導性商業(yè)宣傳的行為。利用電商平臺、視頻直播引流等方式，明示或暗示保健品具有疾病預防或者治療等功能，對商品性能、功能等作虛假或誤導性商業(yè)宣傳的行為。利用國家機關、醫(yī)療單位、學術機構，或以專家、醫(yī)務人員和消費者等名義，對藥品、保健品作虛假或誤導性商業(yè)宣傳的行為。養(yǎng)老服務機構養(yǎng)老服務機構提供的飲食不符合食品安全要求,以假充真、以次充好的問題;養(yǎng)老服務機構向老年人虛假或夸大宣傳、銷售藥品或保健品以及養(yǎng)老機構收費不合理的問題。
三、提供問題線索方式

（二）來信來訪舉報：可將舉報材料郵寄至玉林市市場監(jiān)督管理局（地址：玉林市市場監(jiān)管局雙擁路41號；郵編：537000）或各縣（市、區(qū)）市場監(jiān)督管理局；也可在工作日前往各縣（市、區(qū)）市場監(jiān)督管理局進行現(xiàn)場舉報。

四、征集要求
歡迎廣大市民、社會各界積極參與市場監(jiān)管部門養(yǎng)老服務領域違法線索征集，舉報人提供的線索要客觀、真實、詳細，不得故意捏造事實和誣告陷害他人。本局對線索提供人和提供內(nèi)容嚴格保密，對問題線索及時核查、依法處置。
