記者：據(jù)報道，美國防部長稱，中國正在組建一支專門用來摧毀美國的軍隊，中國的高超音速導(dǎo)彈可以在20分鐘內(nèi)摧毀美國的所有航空母艦，五角大樓舉行的每一場戰(zhàn)爭推演都輸給了中國。美印太總部司令稱，中國生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)機和軍艦的速度遠超美軍，已具備在“第一島鏈”阻止美國取得空中優(yōu)勢的實力。請問發(fā)言人有何評論？

張曉剛：美方一些人總是戴著有色眼鏡看待中國軍隊，渲染所謂“中國軍事威脅”，我想這正是當前中美兩軍交往的障礙所在。不沖突、不對抗、和平共處，是中美兩國最基本的共同利益，也是世界人民的普遍期待。我們對自身發(fā)展有清醒的認識，希望美方不要有“受迫害妄想癥”，總拿別人當借口。

The current obstacles to military exchanges between China and the United States stem from biased perceptions held by some in Washington, a Chinese defense spokesman said on Thursday, accusing US officials of exaggerating the so-called "China military threat." Defense Ministry spokesman Zhang Xiaogang made the remarks in response to recent comments by US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, who reportedly said that China is building a military designed to destroy the United States and that its hypersonic missiles could wipe out all US aircraft carriers within 20 minutes. "Non-conflict, non-confrontation, and peaceful coexistence are the most fundamental common interests of China and the United States and the general expectation of people around the world," Zhang said. He added that China is confident in the path of its own development and urged the US to stop viewing others through a lens of hostility. "We hope the US side does not have a 'persecution complex,' always using others as an excuse," he said.
