紅燜羊肉的做法

  1. 準(zhǔn)備食材,胡蘿卜忘入鏡了
  2. 羊肉切塊(冷水浸泡出血水,中途換2次水);焯水環(huán)節(jié):冷水下羊肉,放3片姜、2-3段蔥、3-4瓣大料、1勺料酒,水開2-3分鐘,撈出焯好水的肉,用熱水或溫水沖洗干凈,控干水;
