  1. 底部放盤子鋪上錫紙方便之后清理。因為每家烤箱不一樣大家可以20分鐘左右后觀察豬手是否變焦黃,有一點點焦才行,如果有可以取出沒有適當(dāng)再烤一會。

  1. 取出,腌制的湯可以把料頭撈出,湯汁大火燒至粘稠,放入適當(dāng)醬油調(diào)色,再根據(jù)自己口味適當(dāng)放鹽,做出醬汁。也可以不用醬汁沾辣椒面、椒鹽等吃
