前后一共曬（烘）4次蒸3次~
倒蒸蘋果干的做法
- 蘋果洗凈晾干削皮，
擺晾架上；

設(shè)置60-70度，
烘3-4個小時；

- 如果有大太陽又不想耗電的話，
可以暴曬一天，
我基本都是用烘干機(jī)完成的，
可以省三分之二的時間，

但里面摸起來還是硬的；

- 放開水鍋上蒸15分鐘左右，
記住，
是開水鍋哈，
就是水燒開了再放上去開始計時，
冷水上鍋的話，
那就多計5-7分鐘~

60-70度再次烘3-4個小時，
選擇太陽的話，
再暴曬一天；

比前面一次時間長點兒，
曬的話還是一天，
到了這里基本不用怎么看它的狀態(tài)了，
