1、糯米粉小火炒至微黃就是熟糕粉,當(dāng)然也可以買現(xiàn)成的。
2、配方含糖量極低,糯米糍只有一點(diǎn)淡淡的甜味,喜歡吃甜一些的可以在餡料和外皮中多放一些糖。
3、豆沙餡如果用市售的,外皮就不用放太多糖了,免得過(guò)甜。
