車廂外,如果遇上單調(diào)重復(fù)的風景,缺乏視覺刺激,會產(chǎn)生無聊、倦怠的心理反應(yīng)[17];車廂內(nèi),尤其是乘坐公共交通工具時,陌生局促的環(huán)境給安全完成旅行帶來一定壓力,人們需要保持警覺,不能像在家閑坐那樣自然放松。
長途旅行更需要做好心理建設(shè),因為旅行時間越長,越可能激發(fā)出壓力等負面情緒[18]。你只能忍不住地抱怨,這趟旅程怎么還沒結(jié)束??!
身心的雙重折磨相互疊加,難怪坐著不動也會感到精疲力盡了。
路途終于抵達終點,你抖抖發(fā)麻的雙腳,從座位中搖搖晃晃地站起,只能期盼著前往神往已久的目的地或者回到舒適的家中,能彌補一下這一路的身心俱疲。
