曾在風(fēng)靡全亞洲的韓劇《來自星星的你》中飾演都敏俊的韓國男演員金秀賢，因涉嫌與未成年時期的已故女星金賽綸交往引發(fā)爭議，人設(shè)崩塌。
金賽綸的家屬聲稱，金賽綸在15歲讀初二時與金秀賢交往，從2015年11月19日，直到2021年7月7日結(jié)束，長達(dá)6年。
早在2020年“N號房”事件后 ，韓國國會法制司法委員會（法司委）通過了《Telegram “N號房”事件防治法》，在《刑法修正案》中將未成年性自主決定權(quán)從13周歲提高到16周歲，擴(kuò)大了保護(hù)范圍，即與16歲以下的未成年人發(fā)生性關(guān)系均視為強奸。
雖然金秀賢是否會受到法律處罰仍是未知數(shù)，但一向嗅覺靈敏的各大品牌已經(jīng)開始有動作了。
近日《Korea Joongang Daily》就報道了迪士尼決定暫緩金秀賢新劇《山寨人生》的播出。
此前，迪士尼曾將《山寨人生》宣傳為2025年上半年最受期待的作品，僅制作費用就高達(dá)約600億韓元，甚至已拍攝到第二季。但隨著金秀賢丑聞的曝光，排播被迫按下暫停鍵。
Disney+ has postponed the release of its upcoming Korean crime drama "Knock-Off," following mounting controversy surrounding its lead actor, Kim Soo-hyun.
由于主演金秀賢身陷輿論風(fēng)波，迪士尼+已宣布推遲其即將播出的韓劇《山寨人生》的上線時間。
“After careful consideration, we have paused plans to release 'Knock-Off,'” Walt Disney Company Korea said to the Korea JoongAng Daily.

Directed by Park Hyun-sok and written by Han Jung-hoon — the creative team behind Netflix’s “Song of the Bandits” (2023) — “Knock-Off” tells the story of a man who rises to dominance in the counterfeiting underworld after losing everything during the 1997 Asian financial crisis.
韓劇《山寨人生》由樸鉉錫執(zhí)導(dǎo)，韓正勛編劇，這對黃金搭檔曾聯(lián)手打造了Netflix熱播劇《盜賊之歌》（2023）?！渡秸松分v述了一個男人在1997年亞洲金融危機中失去一切后，如何在假貨黑市中崛起，稱霸整個造假帝國的故事。
The series features Kim Soo-hyun portraying Sung-jun, who rebuilds his life as the “king of counterfeiters,” and Cho Bo-ah as Sung-jun’s former lover Hye-jung, who is a police officer investigating on counterfeit goods.
該劇由金秀賢主演，他飾演的成俊在絕境中重生，逐步成為“假貨市場之王”。而曹寶兒則飾演成俊的前女友慧貞，她如今是一名警察，正調(diào)查假貨交易，昔日戀人因此站在了對立面。
如果迪士尼+根據(jù)合同中的“保持品格義務(wù)條款”，向金秀賢索賠違約金，這將使他的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況變得岌岌可危。
這種巨額違約金訴訟在娛樂圈并不少見。例如，好萊塢演員凱文·史派西（Kevin Spacey）曾因騷擾爭議被Netflix（網(wǎng)飛）索賠3100萬美元，最后不得不變賣房產(chǎn)，瀕臨破產(chǎn)。
除此之外，還有多個頂級品牌開始“拋棄”金秀賢。
CNN就發(fā)文稱：“Top brands drop South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun after relationship controversy”。“drop”在這里表示“終止，放棄”。
Prada, which had just announced his appointment as a brand ambassador in December, confirmed this week that the contract had ended.
去年12月，普拉達(dá)剛剛宣布金秀賢為品牌大使，但本周卻證實雙方合約已經(jīng)終止。
“It has been mutually decided to end the collaboration between Prada and Kim Soo Hyun,” the luxury brand told CNN in a statement.
這家奢侈品牌在給CNN的聲明中表示：‘普拉達(dá)與金秀賢雙方經(jīng)協(xié)商后，決定結(jié)束合作關(guān)系。
Dinto, a popular global Korean cosmetics brand, posted on Instagram on Monday that it had “decided to terminate its advertising model contract with Kim Soo Hyun.”
周一，韓國知名彩妝品牌Dinto在Instagram上發(fā)布聲明，宣布‘決定終止與金秀賢的廣告代言合約’。
It cited “the recent controversy” for its decision, saying it felt it would be “unfeasible” to fulfill Kim Soo Hyun’s existing contract after reviewing his agency’s statement.
Dinto在聲明中明確指出，這一決定是基于‘最近引發(fā)的爭議’。他們認(rèn)為，在審閱了金秀賢經(jīng)紀(jì)公司的聲明后，繼續(xù)履行現(xiàn)有合約‘已不再可行’?！?/p>
Other South Korean brands have similarly distanced themselves, with some removing images of Kim Soo Hyun from their promotional materials, according to the Chosun Ilbo.
據(jù)《朝鮮日報》報道，其他韓國品牌也紛紛與金秀賢劃清界限，一些品牌甚至撤下了他在宣傳物料上的照片。
Kim, who is one of South Korea’s most recognizable faces with an enormous fan following at home and abroad, represented more than 10 brands before the controversy broke, the newspaper reported.
報道指出，在爭議爆發(fā)前，作為在韓國國內(nèi)外都擁有龐大粉絲群的頂級明星，金秀賢曾代言的品牌多達(dá)10余個。
種下的惡果，終將迎來清算之時。
