美國總統(tǒng)特朗普表示，授權(quán)商務(wù)部和美國貿(mào)易代表立即啟動(dòng)程序，對(duì)所有在國外制作的進(jìn)入美國的電影征收100%的關(guān)稅。

Trump, in an evening post on his social media platform Truth Social, said he has instructed the Commerce Department and US Trade Representative to place a 100% tariff on films that are produced outside the United States and imported into America.

美國總統(tǒng)特朗普在其社交平臺(tái)Truth Social表示，美國的電影業(yè)正在迅速消亡，其他國家正在提供各種各樣的激勵(lì)措施，以吸引美國電影制作人和工作室離開美國。

"The Movie Industry in America is DYING a very fast death. Other Countries are offering all sorts of incentives to draw our filmmakers and studios away from the United States," Trump wrote in his post.

他表示，要讓電影重新在美國拍攝：“好萊塢和美國的許多其他地區(qū)正在遭受重創(chuàng)，這是其他國家的共同“努力”的結(jié)果，是對(duì)美國國家安全的威脅。”

"Hollywood, and many other areas within the USA, are being devastated," Trump wrote. "This is a concerted effort by other Nations and, therefore, a National Security threat. It is, in addition to everything else, messaging and propaganda!"

美國戰(zhàn)略與國際問題研究中心資深研究員、美國商務(wù)部前官員威廉·賴因施認(rèn)為，對(duì)外國制作電影加征關(guān)稅“弊遠(yuǎn)大于利”，將“殺死我們（美國電影）產(chǎn)業(yè)”，且外國制作電影構(gòu)成“國家安全威脅”的說辭很難讓人信服。
