山居美學,源于中國古代文人墨客對山林隱居生活的向往,追求自然與人文的和諧統(tǒng)一,體現(xiàn)了一種淡泊寧靜、返璞歸真的生活態(tài)度。在現(xiàn)代民宿空間設(shè)計中,山居美學依然具有強大的生命力,它能夠為都市人提供一個遠離喧囂、回歸自然的休憩空間。

一、杭州 · 云漫松間
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
在浙江建德三都的八畝丘,隱匿著一所精致的民宿,它是由鄉(xiāng)野祖屋改建而成,坐落在海拔700米的山丘之中,仿佛世外桃源一般。這所民宿最初名為“明月松間”,是為了紀念老屋主人兵哥兒時記憶中庭院松枝間明月高懸的美好景象。然而,由于“明月松間”這個名字已被使用,民宿最終被命名為“云漫松間”。整個項目源于兵哥歸家的夢想,他渴望與山野為伴,享受田園之趣,追求無拘無束、隨性自然的生活。一個好的民宿應當尊重并融入大自然最原始的生態(tài),而不是去打擾它,“云漫松間”正是這一理念的體現(xiàn)。設(shè)計團隊的任務是對兩間原有農(nóng)舍進行改建,并加建三間新房。在保留泥墻上歲月斑駁的痕跡和特色山居外觀的同時,他們將現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計巧妙地融合其中。
Tucked away in the Bamu Hill of the Sandu of Jiande, Zhejiang Province, is an exquisite homestay, which is converted from a rural ancestral house and located in the hills 700 meters above sea level, like a paradise. This home was originally named "Mingyue Pine Room", in order to commemorate the old house owner Bing Ge Er memories of the garden between the pine branches of the moon hanging beautiful scene. However, since the name "Mingyue Pine" had already been used, the homestay was eventually named "YunmanSongjian". The whole project stems from Brother Bing's dream of returning home. He longs to be with the mountains, enjoy the fun of the countryside, and pursue an unfettered, spontaneous and natural life. A good homestays should respect and integrate into the most primitive ecology of nature, rather than disturb it, "cloud Mansong" is the embodiment of this idea. The design team was tasked with remodeling two existing farmhouses and adding three new ones. While retaining the age-dappled marks of the mud walls and the distinctive hill-dwelling look, they cleverly blended modern design.


云漫松間由中國美術(shù)學院歷時三年打磨,將百年夯土老宅與現(xiàn)代玻璃樹屋巧妙融合。黑鋼龍骨勾勒利落線條,全景落地窗引山色入室,黃泥墻沉淀歲月痕跡,樹影婆娑透過玻璃穹頂,光影流轉(zhuǎn)間,野奢美學與自然共生。戶外露營區(qū)點綴野生山花,木質(zhì)花瓶與茶點相伴,隨手一拍便是森系大片。采用鋼柱雙向夾固土墻,并在鋼柱間通體嵌入向外突出的落地玻璃窗,同時挑高窗頂屋檐,使得土墻整體牢固度提升,整個房子內(nèi)外通透,采光量倍增,居住體驗更為安全舒適。為破解場地束縛問題,設(shè)計團隊有機的調(diào)和新加建筑的位置擺布,因地制宜的塑造其與原有山體的空間關(guān)系,還在動線梳理上將所有房間采用后置進入方式,最大程度保留房間的私密性。

At the same time, the roof roof of the window is raised, so that the overall firmness of the earth wall is improved, the whole house is transparent inside and outside, the amount of lighting is doubled, and the living experience is more safe and comfortable. In order to solve the problem of site constraint, the design team organically coordinated the location of the new building, shaped the spatial relationship between it and the original mountain according to local conditions, and adopted the backward entry mode of all rooms in the moving line arrangement to retain the privacy of the room to the maximum extent.



關(guān)于新與老的對抗,設(shè)計團隊選擇了最質(zhì)樸的方式處理。主樓保留原有土夯墻和木料,副樓原地取材山石做墻,古木裝飾,老物改造。既保留了老建筑的舊時光記憶,又提升了現(xiàn)代人的居住品質(zhì),使得建筑與周圍的山林鳥鳴、明月清風都產(chǎn)生了有趣和諧的連接。

主人心中有一個夢,恰好我們是造夢者,民宿僅設(shè)15間客房,每一間都是獨立的山野劇場:房型命名如詩:楓舞、櫻飛、覽湖、梵塵……四季光影在房名中流淌,部分房型配備地下500米深層山泉私湯,循環(huán)凈化與沖浪按摩功能,泡湯觀星,療愈感滿分。
