阿根廷圣馬丁國立大學政治與政府學院國際關(guān)系系助理教授
索爾·莫拉（Sol Mora）博士是阿根廷圣馬丁國立大學政治與政府學院國際關(guān)系系助理教授，同時擔任阿根廷國家科學技術(shù)研究委員會（CONICET）研究員。她擁有阿根廷拉丁美洲社會科學院（FLACSO-Argentina）社會科學博士學位，以及羅薩里奧大學國際一體化與合作研究中心（CERIR-UNR）國際合作與一體化碩士學位。
她的研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目、土地治理、食品體系及社會環(huán)境動態(tài)關(guān)系。其博士研究聚焦中國在阿根廷基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的投資融資及土地治理問題，深入剖析了阿根廷土地權(quán)力關(guān)系如何影響并塑造中國項目的實施進程，并圍繞這些項目引發(fā)的環(huán)境與糧食安全爭議展開了創(chuàng)新研究。目前，她正拓展研究視角，進一步探索中國投融資對全球糧食體系的影響機制，尤其聚焦于中阿關(guān)系。她的研究融合了國際政治經(jīng)濟學、農(nóng)業(yè)研究與政治生態(tài)學等交叉學科。
索爾·莫拉博士將于2025年4月7日至6月19日在復旦發(fā)展研究院從事訪問研究。

Sol Mora is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martin, Argentina (EPyG/ UNSAM) and a Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina (CONICET). She holds a PhD in Social Sciences (FLACSO-Argentina) and a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Integration (CERIR-UNR).
Her research interests include China’s infrastructure projects, land governance, food systems and socio-environmental dynamics. Her doctoral research focused on Chinese investments and financing in infrastructure and agriculture in Argentina, and on land governance. In this line, she has studied the power relations around land in Argentina that influence and shape China’s projects. She has also explored the environmental and food security debates surrounding these initiatives. She is currently expanding her research to understand the impact of Chinese investments and finance on the global food system, focusing on China-Argentina relations. Her research lies at the intersection of International Political Economy, Agrarian Studies and Political Ecology.
Dr. Sol Mora will be a visiting researcher at FDDI from April 7 to June 19, 2025.
