米飯

XO瑤柱醬
1大勺
200g
雞蛋
2個
蘆筍
3-4根
冷凍玉米粒
30g
胡蘿卜
半根
口蘑
3-5個
小蔥
2根
白胡椒
1小撮
適量
XO醬炒飯:阿干媽的廚房稱霸之路,從這瓶醬開始【曼達小館】的做法

- 蝦仁下鍋,炒至卷起,半熟狀態(tài)出鍋

- 雞蛋打散下鍋,炒至半熟后劃散,出鍋
- 胡蘿卜加一點鹽,炒1-2分鐘

- 切片口蘑下鍋

- 隔夜的米飯下鍋,加一點點開水

- 開大火,鏟散米飯
- 玉米粒、蘆筍段下鍋,翻勻

- 放入1大勺XO醬,翻勻
- 雞蛋、蝦仁、蔥花下鍋,翻勻

- 加一點鹽,翻勻
- 撒一點白胡椒,翻勻出鍋

- 開動!
小貼士
1. 做炒飯最好用隔夜飯,炒的時候可以加一點點開水,讓黏在一起的隔夜飯盡快散開;
2. 用鍋鏟鏟碎米飯的時候,不要用壓的動作,防止把米飯壓爛,要垂直拿著鍋鏟鏟碎米飯;
3. 食材可以隨意換,不加蝦仁也很棒~
