西紅柿蘿卜玉米面條的做法

  1. 先把水煮到魚眼泡(怕煮不透),下了面攪一攪,繼續(xù)用小火來煮

  1. 另一邊灶上開火,用叉子叉了西紅柿(蒂處挖掉便于揭皮兒)在火上燒烤到裂皮,關(guān)火,西紅柿用涼水一沖,皮很容易就揭下來了

  1. 玉米掛面很快煮到半軟了,用漏勺把水隔去

  1. 熱湯水中加入切好的白蘿卜和西紅柿片,加點(diǎn)鹽(最近在大潤發(fā)的超市里發(fā)現(xiàn)了無碘鹽)煮至熟,盛碗灑上香菜就好啦~

白蘿卜易熟軟,含有淀粉酶,做為淀粉類食物的搭配不錯(cuò);西紅柿不僅營養(yǎng)好,調(diào)味的效果超棒!做在湯面里當(dāng)然非常的酸甜可口啦~

玉米面頭遍濾水時(shí),一見空氣就有些硬,但二遍煮出來就很軟了,不像想的那樣粗硬,反倒可以說是柔軟爽滑,看來想面條的時(shí)候可以常常用它了(只希望它制作的工藝沒什么貓膩就好哦~)
