  1. 土豆和胡蘿蔔切滾刀,不用太大塊,容易煮爛。牛肋條切土豆一樣大小,兩湯匙蠔油、兩湯匙生抽,麻油醃製備用。

  1. 重點(diǎn)來(lái)了!!把牛肋條推到鍋邊,用鍋里的油把咖喱塊炒融化,炒香,咖喱要用多些油才能炒出香味!這時(shí)候改小火以防糊底

切牛肋條的時(shí)候,會(huì)有一些肥的牛油,我會(huì)切出來(lái)慢火煉出油,整個(gè)過(guò)程就不用再加一滴油,但如果你的牛肋條比較瘦的話(huà)就要另外加油了
