隨個人口味添加
生抽

陳醋
2勺
隨口味添加
麻油

花生米(香酥)
十幾粒
香菜
隨喜好添加
涼拌脆爽黃瓜的做法
- 拍黃瓜:黃瓜洗凈用刀先拍扁,再斜刀切成段
將拍好的黃瓜加些白糖拌勻腌制30分鐘(白糖腌制清甜爽口)→再把黃瓜腌出來的水擠干(不要過清水)


- 調(diào)味加鹽、陳醋、生抽拌均勻
再淋上麻油


- 清脆爽口~
冷藏半小時后更加入味!
