財(cái)聯(lián)社4月22日電，美國Onesta IP, LLC根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定4月21日向美國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定集成電路、包含該集成電路的電子設(shè)備及其組件（Certain Integrated Circuits, Electronic Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。美國NVIDIA Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、美國Qualcomm Incorporated of San Diego, CA、中國廣東OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、英國Nothing Technology Limited of United Kingdom為列名被告。
