現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境不好,很多人就會開始尋找其他的出路,云南38歲的袁大哥本來是一位小吃店老板,但是生意不好,他索性關(guān)掉小吃店,花了20000元去外地學(xué)了三個(gè)月的廚,決定回來開個(gè)飯店。

袁大哥學(xué)廚回來后,開始給家人做飯,準(zhǔn)備露一手,展現(xiàn)自己的廚藝。他先是做了一個(gè)地三鮮,有豆角五花肉土豆等,混合在一起,淋上醬油和其他調(diào)料,一頓燜煮,看上去似模似樣味道也不錯,但是老婆質(zhì)疑,說云南這么多東北菜館,這道菜顯然不夠有賣點(diǎn),而且賣相也不好。

袁大哥覺得是這個(gè)道理,又上了一個(gè)重頭菜一生腌皮皮蝦,這個(gè)皮皮蝦是很新鮮的,是鮮活的皮皮蝦,而生腌是需要放洋蔥大蒜小米辣香菜等各種配料,把鮮活的皮皮蝦放入其中,一頓腌制后,吃的就是皮皮蝦本身的鮮味,和調(diào)料的味道。袁大哥說不少海鮮都能生腌,什么蝦螃蟹,腌出來老好吃了。老婆又質(zhì)疑了,說且不說云南人敢不敢吃生腌,關(guān)鍵這邊哪里來鮮活的海鮮呢?
袁大哥郁悶到了,不泄氣地又開始做炒面,他把面條煮到七分熟,開始翻炒,有芹菜還有火腿腸等,搭配其中看著很豐富,最后還要放兩個(gè)蝦,看著挺誘人。味道也不錯,炒得很香很入味,但很奇怪的事,袁大哥學(xué)的時(shí)候不會黏鍋,回家做就很容易焦,使勁翻炒也會粘鍋。袁大哥百思不得其解,老婆嘆了一口氣,表示會不會是面條的問題,你用的是堿面,很容易粘。
