一、金燦燦玉米粒
【食材】
甜玉米粒1碗、蛋黃1顆、淀粉3大勺、黑芝麻一小把
【做法】
1、玉米粒提前焯水2分鐘（冷凍玉米直接煮），撈出來(lái)甩干水分
2、蛋黃放在玉米粒攪均勻。
3、玉米粒裹上薄薄一層淀粉，下六成熱油鍋炸到表面脆殼，撈出來(lái)控油
4、鍋里留底油，小火把咸蛋黃炒到冒泡泡，倒玉米粒翻個(gè)十來(lái)回
5、撒把黑芝麻，顛兩下鍋立馬出鍋

二、藍(lán)莓醬
【食材】
新鮮藍(lán)莓2斤、冰糖200克、檸檬半個(gè)
【做法】
1、藍(lán)莓泡鹽水10分鐘，輕輕搓掉白霜（別把皮搓破了）
2、藍(lán)莓+冰糖直接倒不粘鍋，開中小火慢慢熬
3、等冒大泡時(shí)擠入檸檬汁，轉(zhuǎn)小火再熬15分鐘
4、趁熱裝進(jìn)消過(guò)毒的玻璃瓶，倒扣放涼能多存半個(gè)月
早起挖一勺拌酸奶，給娃抹面包當(dāng)早餐，晚上泡杯藍(lán)莓蜂蜜水，比眼藥水都好使！
三、茼蒿炒雞蛋
【食材】
嫩茼蒿1把、土雞蛋3個(gè)、蒜片適量
【做法】
1、茼蒿切寸段，菜梗和葉子分開放
3、爆香蒜片，先下菜梗炒1分鐘，再放葉子快炒
4、把雞蛋回鍋，撒鹽翻炒10秒馬上關(guān)火
