申請了下廚房的豪吉調(diào)料包,沒想到能中,趁著周末做了,這個確實簡單,只要準備好食材就行,一盒里面有兩包料汁,我做了一大盆只用了一包,味道特別好,我應該以后都不會黃記煌吃三汁燜鍋了,饞了買一盒能吃兩頓,挺值的,已經(jīng)推薦給身邊的朋友和同事了,今天分享自己的做法~

豪吉黃燜醬

1包

適量

清水

少量

快手三汁燜雞翅鍋,好吃到哭,完勝黃記煌的做法

  1. 準備食材,雞翅中洗凈在表面劃兩刀,加一小勺鹽抓勻腌制1小時
  2. 把各種蔬菜已經(jīng)切片備用,這里用的蔬菜個頭兒都是比較小的,后來發(fā)現(xiàn)菜不夠吃,下次加量

  1. 鍋中倒入炒菜量的油,燒熱直接倒入蔬菜翻炒均勻

  1. 然后擺入腌制好的雞翅,再加一點水,我的鍋不粘效果好,所以我加的水量非常少,這里還要根據(jù)實際情況調(diào)整水量,加水后加蓋轉(zhuǎn)中火燜煮15分鐘
