6寸開(kāi)心果巴斯克蛋糕的做法
- 模具中墊好油紙(油紙的折法下廚房有,可以搜一下)或者直接買(mǎi)現(xiàn)成的油紙。

- 奶油奶酪軟化至刮刀可以輕松撥開(kāi),加入40克白糖攪打均勻。

- 分3次加入3個(gè)常溫雞蛋,每次都要攪打均勻。

- 加入60克開(kāi)心果醬攪打均勻。

- 加入150克淡奶油攪打均勻。

- 最后篩入10克玉米淀粉攪打均勻。

- 烤箱220度預(yù)熱,將蛋糕糊過(guò)篩倒入模具中。

- 烤箱220度烤25分鐘左右,至表面上色滿(mǎn)意即可出爐。如果上色不滿(mǎn)意可以移至烤箱上層多烤5分鐘。

- 蛋糕出爐放涼后放冰箱冷藏至少4小時(shí)。

- 脫模備用。

- 80克淡奶油加5克糖,20克開(kāi)心果醬攪打至7分發(fā),就是有紋路但又有一點(diǎn)流動(dòng)性的狀態(tài)。

- 將開(kāi)心果奶油抹在蛋糕表面,用水果和開(kāi)心果碎裝飾。
完工!
