不知道在哪兒看到說(shuō)吃雞爪看劇爽歪歪。一直對(duì)雞爪念念不忘,趁著不上班,下午四點(diǎn)半就開(kāi)始操作,半個(gè)多小時(shí)搞定。好吃到停不下來(lái)。真的,因?yàn)槲页粤苏槐P(pán),我這幾個(gè)月都不太想吃雞爪。所以食友們要歹之有度。

紅燒雞爪 好吃又簡(jiǎn)單的做法

  1. 雞爪去掉指甲,剁成兩段,把上圖配料備好。

  1. 冷水下過(guò)焯雞爪,放入姜片和兩勺料酒(我說(shuō)的勺喝湯的勺大?。?。水開(kāi)后2-3分鐘就行。撈出放入冷水中,最后瀝干水分。

  1. ?雞爪用廚房紙擦干(這一步不要省略哈?。。。┮部梢赃x擇長(zhǎng)時(shí)間風(fēng)干,要不油花子到處亂竄。熱油放入八角、花椒和姜片,炒香后放入雞爪,翻炒5分鐘左右。

  1. 翻炒中加入3生抽、2-3勺老抽、兩勺耗油(都是小湯勺的量,基本不用放鹽)、香葉和蒜瓣(來(lái)不及剝皮也可以的)干辣椒放入姜片的時(shí)候忘記放了,反正都準(zhǔn)備了,扔進(jìn)去,翻炒均勻后,加入一瓶聽(tīng)裝啤酒,啤酒不夠可以加點(diǎn)水,大火燒開(kāi)(沒(méi)有啤酒的放1-2勺料酒,大料再放點(diǎn)少量的香葉桂皮去腥哈)

  1. 大火燒開(kāi)后,加入冰糖,改小火煮。大概20分鐘,這一步到最后五分鐘要看著火,防止燒干。可以嘗嘗咸淡,根據(jù)需要決定是否放鹽)。還剩這么多汁的時(shí)候,大火收汁,加入點(diǎn)白醋是否更好,我加了沒(méi)嘗出來(lái)哈哈哈。

  1. 大火收汁后留點(diǎn)汁,關(guān)火盛出。找出要開(kāi)的電視劇或者電影,開(kāi)始邪惡的歹飯吧!
