要真正實現(xiàn)早上十分鐘,頭天下午晚上要做足準(zhǔn)備~
土豆泥軟爛,牛肉有點(diǎn)焦焦的感覺,不同口感碰撞口味很不錯;
第二天早上做個咖喱飯,再做杯咖啡,真正實現(xiàn)十分鐘營養(yǎng)又快捷的早餐~
用料
牛腩
1斤
土豆
2個
胡椒粉
適量
蠔油
適量
淀粉
一小勺(外賣甜品的勺子)

- 壓好的牛肉取出一部分肉切碎(根據(jù)自己做土豆泥的量,剩下的牛肉和湯第二天早上做咖喱飯)。

- 1.鍋里少量油加入碎牛肉煸炒,牛肉炒的干干的,加入少量鹽、黑胡椒,繼續(xù)煸炒;
2.同步土豆切片在另外鍋上蒸熟后,加少量牛奶搗成土豆泥;
3.取少量牛肉湯,加入一勺淀粉(很小的勺子),擠入少量蠔油,鹽,兌勻。
4.把混好的牛肉湯(3部分)倒入炒好的牛肉碎中,嘗一下咸淡,可適量補(bǔ)充鹽和黑胡椒,燒開。

- 把燒好的湯汁澆入土豆泥中。開吃~

- 早晨把洋蔥、胡蘿卜煸炒一下,把牛肉、湯、土豆一起倒入鍋內(nèi)燉(此時可以去刷牙洗臉),燉約10分鐘,加入咖喱塊,再燉5分鐘左右,盛出蓋在米飯上。我又撒了點(diǎn)芝麻海苔碎,非常受孩子歡迎~
