涼拌脆爽黃瓜的做法
- 拍黃瓜:黃瓜洗凈用刀先拍扁,再斜刀切成段
將拍好的黃瓜加些白糖拌勻腌制30分鐘(白糖腌制清甜爽口)→再把黃瓜腌出來的水擠干(不要過清水)

再加蒜末和小米椒(隨個人口味添加)
