涼拌脆爽黃瓜的做法

  1. 拍黃瓜:黃瓜洗凈用刀先拍扁,再斜刀切成段
    將拍好的黃瓜加些白糖拌勻腌制30分鐘(白糖腌制清甜爽口)→再把黃瓜腌出來的水擠干(不要過清水)

  1. 黃瓜擠干水后,加入洋蔥(不喜歡洋蔥的可以不加)
    再加蒜末和小米椒(隨個人口味添加)
