1. 來一包味好美脆皮香酥炸雞配料，把雞腿的雙面都均勻地裹上配料

1. 鍋里放適量食用油，此處為了省油就沒有采用浸油炸的方式，我覺得煎一煎也可以達到同樣的效果～油溫約六成熱下雞扒，雞皮朝下先中火煎
