一、油菜炒肉

準(zhǔn)備食材:瘦肉、油菜、蒜末、姜絲。

做法步驟:

1、瘦肉切薄片，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽和食用油抓拌均勻，再腌制十分鐘備用。

2、清洗干凈油菜切小段，然后熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入瘦肉煸炒至變色，再盛出備用。

3、另熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入蒜末爆香，接著倒入油菜大火翻炒，然后加入食鹽和雞精調(diào)味提鮮，再繼續(xù)翻炒至油菜斷生。

4、最后加入炒好的瘦肉一起翻炒均勻入味，即可出鍋開吃。

二、花菜炒肉絲

準(zhǔn)備食材:花菜、瘦肉、蔥蒜末。

做法步驟:

1、瘦肉切成肉絲，接著加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽和食用油抓拌均勻，再腌制十分鐘備用。

2、把花菜切成小朵清洗好，然后起鍋燒水，水燒開之后，放入花菜焯熟，再撈出瀝干水分備用。

3、熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入肉絲煸炒油煎，煸炒至肉絲變色后，再加入蔥蒜末炒香，然后倒入花菜一起翻炒均勻。

4、最后加入少許的蠔油、食鹽和白糖調(diào)味提鮮，再繼續(xù)翻炒均勻入味，即可出鍋開吃。

三、四季豆炒肉

準(zhǔn)備食材:瘦肉、四季豆、蒜末。

做法步驟:

1、切成薄片的瘦肉放入大碗中，接著加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均勻，再腌制十分鐘備用。

2、清洗干凈四季豆切薄片，然后熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒油煎，煸炒至瘦肉變色后，再盛出備用。

3、另熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入蒜末爆香，接著倒入四季豆大火翻炒，然后加入食鹽調(diào)味，再繼續(xù)翻炒至四季豆斷生。

4、最后放入炒好的瘦肉一起翻炒，然后放入蠔油和白糖調(diào)味提鮮，再繼續(xù)大火翻炒均勻入味，即可出鍋開吃。

四、蒜苗炒肉

準(zhǔn)備食材:蒜苗、豬梅肉、蒜末、小米辣。

做法步驟:

1、豬梅肉切成薄片，然后把蒜苗清洗干凈切好，接著準(zhǔn)備好蒜末和小米辣備用。

2、熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入瘦肉煸炒油煎，煸炒至變色后，再加入蒜末和小米辣炒香。

3、然后加入蒜苗大火翻炒均勻，接著放入食鹽、蠔油和白糖調(diào)味提鮮。

4、最后繼續(xù)翻炒至蒜苗斷生入味，即可出鍋開吃。

五、番茄雞蛋炒牛肉

準(zhǔn)備食材:番茄、牛肉、雞蛋、姜絲。

做法步驟:

1、牛肉切成薄片，然后加入姜絲、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均勻，再腌制十分鐘備用。

2、取碗打入三個(gè)土雞蛋攪拌均勻，接著熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入雞蛋液油煎滑熟，再盛出備用。

3、清洗干凈番茄切小塊，然后熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒滑熟，再盛出備用。

4、另熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入番茄大火翻炒，接著加入食鹽、白糖和生抽調(diào)味提鮮，再繼續(xù)翻炒出番茄汁。

5、最后加入牛肉和雞蛋一起翻炒均勻入味，即可出鍋開吃。

六、扁豆絲炒肉

準(zhǔn)備食材:前腿瘦肉、扁豆、蒜末。

做法步驟:

1、前腿瘦肉清洗好切薄片，然后把扁豆清洗干凈切絲，再準(zhǔn)備好蒜末備用。

2、熱鍋燒油，油熱以后，放入瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉變色后，再加入蒜末炒香。

3、接著倒入扁豆絲一起大火翻炒，然后加入食鹽和雞精調(diào)味提鮮，再淋入少許的清水一起翻炒均勻。

4、炒至扁豆絲斷生入味以后，即可出鍋開吃。
