沈琳，陜西長(zhǎng)安人。自幼聰穎，性靜而敏，喜丹青之道。癸亥之歲，啟蒙師薦之，遂拜于國(guó)畫泰斗婁師白先生門下。沈氏潛心研習(xí)，數(shù)十年如一日，躬耕硯田，師法齊派精髓，尤擅花鳥魚蟲題材。其畫蝦技藝絕妙，獨(dú)創(chuàng)“雙手畫蝦”法，以金墨點(diǎn)染，形神兼?zhèn)?，躍然紙上，動(dòng)靜交映。婁先生嘗贊曰：“沈氏金墨畫蝦，自成一派，開齊派畫蝦新境。”
