【具體做法】1、西葫蘆不用削皮!洗凈直接對(duì)半切開,挖掉中間的軟瓤(這一步是關(guān)鍵,不然炒完容易出水),切成薄片備用。胡蘿卜削皮切菱形片,黑木耳撕成小朵,小米辣切圈,大蒜剁成末。雞蛋打散,加一丟丟鹽和清水(這樣炒出來更嫩),熱鍋涼油滑散,炒成嫩嫩的蛋塊盛出備用。

2、鍋里再加點(diǎn)油,小火把蒜末、小米辣煸出香味(注意別糊了?。认潞}卜片翻炒到稍微變軟,再倒入黑木耳,“刺啦”一聲,香味瞬間爆炸!
