小貼士

1.依據面粉吸水性調整水用量
2.蜜豆用市售的,甜度剛剛好,如果自己做記得多加一些糖,否則成品味道寡淡
3.核桃仁提前烤箱170°烤15分鐘烤熟晾涼,時間不固定,要看著,紅棗提前剪開
4.面皮不能搟太薄,卷的時記得卷緊一些
