- 黃油室溫軟化。

- 用打蛋器攪打均勻。

- 加入糖粉和鹽。

- 攪打均勻。

- 備好蛋黃。

- 打散。

- 蛋黃液分次加入。

- 每加入一次都要充分打勻。

- 直到加完所有蛋黃,打順滑。

- 加入過篩后的玉米淀粉和低粉。

- 用硅膠刮刀壓拌成團(tuán)。

- 面團(tuán)移至油紙上,用搟面杖搟開成面片狀。

- 用喜歡的模具壓出形狀。

- 多余的面片重復(fù)操作??鞠渖舷禄?,150度預(yù)熱。

- 生胚擺入鋪了油紙的烤盤。

- 放入預(yù)熱好的烤箱中層,15-20分鐘。

- 香香酥酥的,做成動物造型會更漂亮哦!
