    關(guān)火、鍋離火。

  1. 高壓鍋鍋底鋪個篦子或者盤子架空鍋底。
    洗凈的生蠔放進(jìn)高壓鍋中。
    表面鋪上蔥姜絲。
    鍋中加入一聽啤酒。如果沒有啤酒就加白水和1勺料酒。
    高壓鍋蓋蓋,加閥。大火上汽后壓30秒~1分鐘。

    泄氣后取下氣閥,開蓋取出。
