1. 食材：牛里脊肉500g，土豆2個
   做法：1??牛肉切均等大小丁，加一勺料酒?二勺生抽?一勺蠔油?一勺淀粉?適量胡椒粉?一勺香油，抓勻腌制20分鐘，給牛肉入個底味
