冬吃蘿卜,我以前最討厭吃白蘿卜了,但是現(xiàn)在很喜歡,用合適的烹飪方法能夠轉(zhuǎn)恨為愛~

老抽

快手紅燒蘿卜的做法

  1. 蘿卜切成長方形的塊,大概2*3厘米。然后隔0.5厘米橫向向下切,保留0.5厘米,不要切到底,然后豎著切幾刀,與剛才的橫刀十字交叉,也不要且到底。因為拍的看不太清楚,我用黑線描了下,看圖示意,其實是很容易切的,幾分鐘搞定。
