- 新鮮豬肚翻面加入淀粉和少許油,揉搓幾分鐘用水沖洗,一共清洗了兩次就已經(jīng)非常干凈了,冷水下鍋燙一下,撈出用小刀把口子和腸子的位置刮掉白色的皮,再次清洗干凈
