近日,多名博主反映,小米SU7 Ultra汽車更新了1.7.0車機(jī)版本。此次更新對(duì)車輛的動(dòng)力輸出進(jìn)行了限制,1548匹最大馬力被鎖定,車主需要達(dá)成賽道成績(jī)才能解鎖,否則只能使用大約900匹馬力。此事引發(fā)熱議。

Recent reports indicate that Xiaomi's SU7 Ultra vehicles received an update (version 1.7.0) that restricted the car's maximum horsepower output from 1,548 to approximately 900 horsepower. Owners are required to achieve specific track performance achievements to unlock full power, sparking widespread controversy among users.

小米汽車官方微博7日深夜發(fā)布文章《關(guān)于大家關(guān)心問(wèn)題的回答》,回應(yīng)小米SU7Ultra最近引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注的限制馬力和碳纖維雙風(fēng)道前艙蓋問(wèn)題,并兩次致歉。

小米汽車表示,之前推送的更新版本中“排位模式”功能添加了解鎖條件,“給部分用戶帶來(lái)了困擾,對(duì)此,我們深表歉意”。收到大家反饋后,小米汽車已暫停了這次推送。已升級(jí)的少量用戶,小米汽車將會(huì)在下個(gè)版本更新中解決,其已開(kāi)始推進(jìn)新版本的開(kāi)發(fā)和測(cè)試,預(yù)計(jì)用時(shí)4-8周,具體時(shí)間以小米官方通知為準(zhǔn)。

In a late-night statement on Wednesday, Xiaomi Auto issued an apology, acknowledging that the new "Qualifying Mode" unlock conditions had caused confusion. The company announced it had halted the update rollout and pledged to resolve the issue for affected users in the next version, expected within 4-8 weeks.

小米汽車在文章中表示:“我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的初衷是為了更好的保障駕駛安全,但沒(méi)有充分征詢大家意見(jiàn),也沒(méi)有做好相關(guān)功能的溝通說(shuō)明,我們的工作確實(shí)存在不妥的地方。未來(lái)我們將建立更完善的用戶意見(jiàn)收集機(jī)制,充分聽(tīng)取用戶意見(jiàn)。”

"We sincerely apologize for the oversight in communicating these changes," the statement read. "Our original intent was to enhance driving safety, but we failed to adequately consult users or explain the feature adjustments. This incident has underscored the importance of thorough user communication before implementing major updates."

另外,小米汽車首批交付的SU7 Ultra碳纖維挖孔機(jī)蓋版車型也遭受質(zhì)疑。有博主用鼓風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)著挖孔機(jī)蓋吹風(fēng),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)紙巾毫無(wú)反應(yīng)。此外,還有車主親自拆解,發(fā)現(xiàn)所謂的“雙風(fēng)道高效導(dǎo)流”碳纖維開(kāi)孔,既無(wú)法有效引導(dǎo)空氣至剎車系統(tǒng),也未能產(chǎn)生下壓力。

對(duì)此,小米汽車回應(yīng)稱,在最早的量產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中,SU7 Ultra量產(chǎn)版已具備足夠的綜合性能去沖擊國(guó)內(nèi)專業(yè)賽道和紐北,沒(méi)有計(jì)劃做碳纖維雙風(fēng)道前艙蓋。

后續(xù)在滿足復(fù)刻外造型的需求之外,還提供了部分氣流導(dǎo)出和輔助前艙散熱功能。

“我們對(duì)此前信息表達(dá)不夠清晰深表歉意,我們將采取以下措施:對(duì)于未交付的訂單,我們將提供限時(shí)改配服務(wù),可以改回鋁制前艙蓋;對(duì)于已提車和在本次限時(shí)改配結(jié)束前選配碳纖維雙風(fēng)道前艙蓋的鎖單用戶,將贈(zèng)送2萬(wàn)積分以表誠(chéng)意。”

The automaker also addressed questions about the SU7 Ultra's carbon fiber dual-vent hood, clarifying that while the component was initially excluded from production plans, it was later added in response to user demand following the car's strong reception at the Nürburgring Nordschleife track debut in October. The hood now serves dual purposes of aesthetic customization and improved thermal management. Xiaomi stated it will implement remedial measures for both delivered and undelivered vehicles to address prior communication shortcomings.
