- 先準備餡料,提前一天準備也可以。紫薯去皮切塊放在蒸鍋里蒸熟,到筷子能輕松插進去即可。

- 放入破壁機,加入牛奶后打成泥狀,牛奶添加量可根據具體破壁機動力情況增減。

- 將紫薯泥放入不沾鍋,加入奶粉、細砂糖、黃油,小火開始翻炒。到能輕松抱團疊起來的狀態(tài)出鍋晾涼。

- 奶油奶酪軟化后加入糖粉,用蛋抽攪打至順滑,如果有顆??梢愿魺崴當嚧?。冷卻后放入裱花袋。

- 將紫薯餡分成10份,每份22克左右,搓圓后開窩,用裱花袋擠入一點奶油奶酪后收口搓圓,全部處理完后蓋上保鮮膜冷藏備用。(剩余的紫薯餡可以密封后冷凍保存)

- 蒸山藥的同時,將糯米粉放入不沾鍋中,小火炒制到微微發(fā)黃后關火備用,可以多炒一點備用。

- 山藥出鍋后,趁熱大致壓成泥,放入細砂糖拌勻。

- 將山藥泥放入攪拌機或者破壁機中攪打均勻。

- 將糯米粉和山藥泥混合拌勻,先用硅膠鏟翻拌,再戴上不沾手套揉均勻。(山藥攪打成泥后含水量會有所不同,糯米粉可以看情況增減,以面粉能成團為準)

- 將面團平均分成3份,其中2份分別加入抹茶粉和紫薯粉揉勻。
