最后敲重點(diǎn)??!冰皮月餅做好后一定要冷凍!不能冷藏??!冷凍保存不管你放多久,解凍后皮還是軟糯的口感,冷藏的話一天就變硬!

- 藍(lán)莓加入細(xì)砂糖小火炒至稍微濃稠,放入檸檬汁再炒一會(huì),總用時(shí)大約30分鐘。涼透后放入容器冷凍保存即可。
- 制作奶酪餡(可提前制作,做好的餡料冷凍保存即可):常溫軟化后的奶油奶酪加入細(xì)砂糖壓拌至吸收,
