- 將面團(tuán)平均份成3份,其中一份加入可可粉、另一份加入紅絲絨液和紅曲粉揉勻(紅絲絨的顏色比較鮮艷,這次想要一個(gè)稍微暗一點(diǎn)紅色,所以又加了一點(diǎn)紅曲粉,這個(gè)可以根據(jù)自己的需求調(diào)整)。

- 將面團(tuán)上下蓋上油紙,搟成4毫米厚度,我用的是平衡尺,也可以用書本等工具墊著。夏天需要開空調(diào)控制室溫不要太高。
