特別喜歡紅豆和肉松CP,跟香蔥肉松不一樣的是,紅豆肉松是非常迷人的咸甜口味,越吃越香,回味無(wú)窮的那種。做了個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的軟歐包造型,在紅豆肉松基礎(chǔ)上加持了黑芝麻,味覺(jué)層次非常豐富,也可以自由發(fā)揮做成帶餡餐包或者吐司,怎么喜歡怎么來(lái)~

黑芝麻紅豆肉松軟歐的做法

  1. 將面團(tuán)材料除熟黑芝麻外混合攪拌至完全階段,再加入熟黑芝麻攪勻。直接分割成4份,關(guān)于松弛10分鐘。(如果只有黑芝麻醬或者熟黑芝麻,只加入其中一樣也可以,本配方不含黃油,喜歡的可自行另外添加。)

  1. 將面團(tuán)搟成橢圓形。

  1. 依次做好4份,放在烤盤上。

  1. 溫暖濕潤(rùn)處(溫度35度,濕度75%)發(fā)酵至1.5-2倍大、表面篩一層高筋面粉,隨意割上刀口,放入預(yù)熱好的烤箱中層,上下火180度,20分鐘。
    (我這里用紙模做了個(gè)篩粉的造型,也可以不用直接篩粉)
