- 首先制作餅底部分

- 奧利奧餅干碾碎后加入融化的黃油拌勻

- 慕斯圈底下包一層保鮮膜,倒入餅干碎用搟面杖壓緊實備用

- 接著制作慕斯部分,首先準備好所需的材料,吉利丁片泡冷水軟化備用

- 奶油奶酪隔水軟化后加入糖粉攪拌均勻

- 牛奶小火加熱至溫熱狀態(tài),放入泡軟的吉利丁片攪拌均勻

- 奶油奶酪中倒入牛奶吉利丁液體攪拌均勻

- 淡奶油加入幼砂糖打發(fā)至可流動且有紋路的狀態(tài)

- 淡奶油倒入奶酪糊中攪拌均勻

- 倒入奧利奧碎攪拌均勻慕斯制作完成

- 將慕斯倒入慕斯圈內(nèi),輕震模具后放入冰箱冷凍2個小時以上即可

- 冷凍好的慕斯取出,撕開保鮮膜,放在容器上,用吹風筒吹模具一會兒即可脫模

- 在慕斯蛋糕表面擠上適量奶油和水果裝飾即可!
